This is the first journal and guide that supports the entire microdosing process of preparation, actively microdosing, and integration through the lens of mindfulness. It cultivates a spaciousness of mind and expansiveness of heart that comes from years of mindfulness practice by an award-winning mindfulness author and teacher. Serving as both a resource and self-reflective container, it is for those who have never microdosed and seasoned microdosers alike; for those microdosing on their own, and for those microdosing with a microdosing coach. It can be used by coaches, guides, and facilitators to better support their clients, programs or retreats. It is artfully designed and includes fanciful illustrations for adult coloring. Mindfulness is being in the present moment grounded in equanimity and calm abiding. The Mindful Microdosing Journal offers an essential tool whether ingesting psychedelics on a micro or macro level and enhances your experience.

About the Illustrator
Mexican artist Mariana Juarez (MJ) has been painting since she was five years old. She feels Mother Nature calls her to explore and create. Indeed, MJ’s fanciful botanical art offers a magnifying glass to the natural world, plants and animals being her favorite motifs. MJ’s coloring books bring out creativity in children and adults alike. She also paints bold, colorful murals. Her work can be seen on the façades of colonial homes throughout San Miguel de Allende where she lives with her wife, Kathryn, and cat, Lucy. MJ studied Visual Arts at Bellas Artes, Morelia, Mexico.
